Authorized Users must not spend more than $4,000.00 USD per Digital Family & Friends Sale (not to exceed a maximum of $8,000.00 USD per Burberry Fiscal Year - 1 April to 31 March). It is an Authorized User’s responsibility to ensure they do not exceed this spending limit. Any Authorized User who does exceed this limit may be prevented from making further purchases for the remainder of the sale, have any unshipped orders cancelled and it may result in the Burberry employee who invited such Authorized User being unable to attend/invite others to attend future sales and / or being subject to disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal. Additionally, any spend deemed unusual will be investigated and dealt with on a case-by-case basis. The spend limit does not include shipping fees.
